Radio Holland's Global Service House is proud to introduce an RHG strategic service product: Managed Services Agreements.

Radio Holland Group challenges the world of vessel maintenance with our truly unique MSA product! The shipping market is increasingly interested in MSA’s and we can support our customers to manage their fleet as effectively as possible, in addition to that we handle the fleet management and the shipowner can direct attention and men power towards other activities. We will provide and ensure the performance of customers’ communication, navigation and automation equipment in the most cost effective way.

MSA will function as a product 'umbrella name' for all managed services agreements, three models are developed:

• MSA – SBMC Shore Base Maintenance Coordination: 'Secured priority Services' [brochure]
• MSA – FM Full Maintenance: 'Outsourced Services' [brochure]
• MSA – PRM Performance Related Maintenance: 'Shared planning = Shared success' [brochure]
